ASMR Hand & Nail care (scratching, triggers)

I take care of my nails with the help of soapy water, toothpaste and brush. The sounds of the brush on the nails are amazing. Smooth movements of the hands, tender strokes soothe. Tapping and scratching the nails excite the brain. Enjoy these sounds and my nails with me.
